We crossed over into Mexico at the border in Douglas, Arizona
We began seeing alot of cactus in Arizona.
The first sign we are getting very close to the Mexico border.
We didn't have any problems with immigration at the border.

Took about 1 hour to process the papers and obtain our
car permit for driving in Mexico and the cost was approximately
$300 pesos or $30 US. It was a random car inspection at the border
and we sailed through. They didn't even stop us. Below is the
immigration office at the border.
Heading out of Douglas, Arizona into Mexico. Hooray!!
Random car inspection.
We're on our way home now!
The first day into Mexico we traveled as far as Hermosillo
where we spent the night. We knew we were back in Mexico
by the bed at the hotel where we stayed in Hermosillo.
Mexican hotels are notorious for their hard/uncomfortable
beds. Oh well, we are almost home!
